The first meeting of the Union County Public Transit Advisory Council is held. The meeting is attended by seven invitees (two of which are regular passengers). In a little over an hour the group lays critical foundations for future growth management and service evaluation. |

The Shuttle sets a new single day delivery record with 159 boardings. It also sets a record for its busiest single hour (32 boardings during the 5PM hour). The entire transit system produced over 240 rides on February 22, 2007. To put that into perspective, the system was averaging 480 rides a WEEK in February 2004. |

The Shuttle celebrates its first anniversary. Before the week is over it will deliver 721 of the 1,171 rides Community Connection provided in that seven day period. While the week's total will soon be eclipsed this benchmark still stands as the busiest week in The Shuttle's history. |
