You don't have to be at a bus stop to ride the Shuttle. A flex stop is any place along the route between two regularly scheduled stops.

To catch a ride between stops simply flag the driver down and he or she will pull over at the first safe location near you.

The only exception to the flex stop policy is Island Avenue (where there just isn't a safe place to pull over for your loading and unloading convenience). Even so, on the westbound route we are happy to accommodate your flex stop anywhere along Mulholland Drive.
